Shipping & returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MCHI. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can make use of your statutory right of withdrawal and return the goods to us within the statutory period.

Please note the following guidance to help ensure a smooth return process.

Requirements for a return

Please handle the goods while inspecting them in the same way you would be able to in a physical shop.

Trying the item on to check the fit is of course possible. However, we ask you to handle the items carefully and, in particular, to avoid contact with make-up, self-tanner, perfume, pet hair or other soiling as far as possible.

To ensure the return process runs as smoothly as possible, please make sure that:

• the item is in a clean and well-kept condition,
• all original tags are, if possible, still attached to the product,
• all accessories supplied, as well as any free items, are returned in full,
• the item has not been altered, repaired or improperly handled.

Should the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, this may, in accordance with the statutory provisions, give rise to a claim for compensation for loss of value.

Return period

You may withdraw from your order within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.

For further information on the right of withdrawal, please refer to our separate withdrawal policy.

After declaring your withdrawal, the goods must be returned to us within the statutory period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Inspection of the return

After receipt of your return, it is carefully inspected.

If the return meets the statutory requirements, it is processed as quickly as possible.

Should the goods have been used beyond the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to assert a legally permissible claim for compensation for loss of value.

Goods excluded from return

Only those goods for which a statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal exists are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This may in particular include sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return after their seal has been removed, provided that such an exclusion is legally stipulated.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered items

Please check your order immediately after receipt.

Should an item have been delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, we ask you to contact us as promptly as possible – ideally within 48 hours of receipt – by email at info@mchibrand.com.

Please send us, if possible, clear photos of the affected item as well as a brief description of the defect.

The 48-hour timeframe serves solely to ensure quick handling of your request and does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of your return, the purchase price is refunded via the payment method originally used.

Depending on the payment service provider, it may take a few business days before the refunded amount is visible in your account.

Shipping costs

Within Germany, we charge €6.99 for standard shipping. Shipping is free from an order value of €150. Delivery is currently only available within Germany.
