Which size is right for me?
Our vests have a slightly fitted silhouette. To choose the right size, we recommend referring to the size chart on the respective product page.
What materials are the vests made of?
Our vests are made from a refined composition of 55 % linen and 45 % cotton. The breathable lining in 100 % cotton adds extra comfort.
How do I care for my MCHI vest?
To preserve quality, shape and colour over time, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water. You will find further care instructions on the respective product page.
Where does MCHI deliver?
We currently deliver within Germany only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout. Within Germany, shipping is free from an order value of €150.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Can I return an item?
You can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. You will find further information in our returns and withdrawal policy.
How do I register a return?
Please contact us at info@mchibrand.com and let us know your order number. We will then inform you about the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is made via the payment method originally used. Depending on the payment provider, processing may take a few working days.
