Scope

This statement applies to the website mchibrand.com. We strive to make our online shop accessible in accordance with the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG, German Accessibility Strengthening Act).

State of compliance

The website was developed with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA: semantic HTML, full keyboard operability, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, alternative text for images, and respect for the “reduce motion” setting. Date of assessment: August 2026 (internal review using keyboard testing, screen-reader spot checks and contrast measurement).

Known limitations

We are currently not aware of any significant barriers. Embedded third-party content (the Shopify checkout) is subject to the accessibility measures of the respective provider.
